Alkamicronized Selective® technology, analyzed by the Institute of Ceramics of Galicia, allows filtering 400 liters of water free of chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, nitrites, heavy metals such as lead or mercury, trihalomethanes, among others, up to 99%.
Alkanatur Drops filters use coconut activated carbon, a totally natural product obtained from the shell of this fruit. Being a product of plant origin, it does not contain heavy metals or chemical compounds, therefore it does not add calcium or sodium, and it does add top quality 100% bioavailable magnesium.
Ecological filters free of ion exchange resin
Ion exchange resins are synthetic gel spheres, derived from petroleum (benzene and styrene) that exchange particular ions for other ions.
Most conventional jugs include ion exchange resins in their filters.
These brands, many of them multinational, defend the use of this type of chemical elements in their filters, claiming that their toxicity does not migrate to the water, but we doubt this, given that water is the universal solvent and it is very easy for any element to migrate to it. In the same way that microplastics do migrate from bottled water containers or from unsafe containers without certification of toxic-free plastic.
