Purpose of the Terms: The Website
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, Conditions) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Website shall be understood to mean: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, i.e. the navigation tree; and all the elements integrated both in the screen interfaces and in the navigation tree (hereinafter, Content) and all those online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, Services).
Keybiological reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Web Site and the Contents and Services that may be incorporated in it. The User acknowledges and accepts that at any time Keybiological can interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any of these elements that are integrated in the Web Site or the access to them.

The Keybiological website provides a wide range of information, services and data. The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility will extend to:

Registration of Personal Data
The personal data collected by Keybiological, by means of the forms extended in its pages, will be introduced in an automated file under the responsibility of the person in charge of the treatment with the purpose of being able to facilitate, speed up and fulfill the commitments established between Keybiological and the User or the maintenance of the relation established in the forms that this one fills in, or to attend a request or consultation of the same one.
Principles applicable to the treatment of personal data
The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles contained in Article 5 of the RGPD and in Article 4 and following of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights:

Categories of personal data
The categories of data processed by Keybiological are only identification data. In no case, special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR are processed.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Keybiological undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time. It shall be as easy to withdraw consent as it is to give it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent shall not condition the use of the Website.
On those occasions when the User must or may provide his/her data through forms to make enquiries, request information or for reasons related to the content of the Website, he/she will be informed in the event that the completion of any of them is compulsory due to the fact that they are essential for the correct development of the operation carried out.

Personal data of minors
Respecting the provisions of Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, only those over 14 years of age may give their consent to the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner by Keybiological. In the case of a minor under 14 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.
Secrecy and security of personal data
Keybiological undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected, so as to guarantee the security of the personal data and to avoid the accidental or illicit destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, conserved or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised communication or access to such data.
The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the User, and in return, is fully encrypted or encoded.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data
The User has over Keybiological and may, therefore, exercise against the Data Controller the following rights recognized in the RGPD and in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights:
- Right of access: this is the User’s right to obtain confirmation of whether or not Keybiological is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Keybiological has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among others, the information available on the origin of such data and the recipients of the communications made or planned for such data.

Claims before the control authority
In the event that the User considers that there is a problem or infringement of the regulations in force in the way in which his personal data are being processed, he will have the right to effective judicial protection and to file a complaint before a supervisory authority, in particular, in the State in which he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. VIII. RETURN POLICY FOR THE WEBSITE WWW.KEYBIOLOGICAL.COM
In compliance with the consumer protection law, KeyBiological S.L. admits the return of products purchased in the store www.keybiological.com with a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (conditions apply). Purchases made previously, and/or through other stores or authorized sellers, are not subject to our return policy. In exceptional cases, we also offer the possibility of replacing the article (see section 2. Replacement process).
Conditions:
In no case will we accept returns or replacements of items purchased more than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, which is the mandatory period determined by the consumer protection law.
The return shipping costs -return costs- will always and in all cases be borne by the buyer.
The product or products to be returned must be in their original packaging, closed and in perfect condition. A copy of the receipt of your purchase must be included in the return package.
You must inform us of your request for return or replacement so that we can handle your request properly. Please refer to sections 1 and 2 in this regard.

1. RETURN PROCESS
Before sending your return and if you have not already done so, you must contact us informing us that you are going to make the return. To do this you must send an email to administracion@keybiological.com including in the subject of your message the word RETURN accompanied by the number of your order, which can be found on your purchase invoice. This process is necessary so that we can properly manage your request, understanding that the return period of 14 days is effective from the date of purchase and does not depend in any case on the sending, receipt or response of this message.
Once we receive your package and verify that your return complies with the conditions set forth in this return policy, we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of your package. The refund will be made for the amount of the products purchased, including, if applicable, the shipping costs of your initial purchase. Under no circumstances will the cost of returning your package be refunded. The refund for the amount of your purchase will be made using the same system with which you made the original payment.
Remember: This return policy is void after 14 days from the date of purchase or if you have previously requested the replacement of this purchase (2). In any case, after 14 days from the date of purchase, no returns or replacements will be accepted.
2. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
In exceptional cases your return may be motivated by an error in the shipment of the product and that the item received does not correspond to the one purchased. Only in this case KeyBiological contemplates the replacement of the product by another identical one as long as it is available. If this is not the case or if you do not wish to make a replacement, you will still have the right to invoke our return policy (1) within 14 days from the date of purchase as stipulated by law. Important: Under no circumstances will we replace a product with a different one, whether or not it is of lesser, equal or greater value.
If you wish to proceed with the replacement of the item sent by mistake, before shipping and within 48 hours of receipt of your order, you must send us an email to administracion@keybiological.com including in the subject the word REPLACEMENT accompanied by the number of your order that can be found on your invoice, and attaching a photograph of the product as you received it. This process is necessary so that we can properly handle your request. If this condition is not met, you must proceed with the return of your order taking into account that you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Once the process of replacing the item sent in error has been initiated, you must return the item to us properly packaged, in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect condition. You must also include the purchase invoice. Once received and provided that all the conditions set forth herein are met, KeyBiological will take care of the reshipment of the replacement product at no cost to you. Only in the event that we have made the mistake of sending you a different item than the one you purchased will we cover the replacement costs. In the case of a return, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Remember: This replacement policy is void if you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package or if you have previously requested the return of your purchase (1). In any case, after 14 days from the date of purchase, no replacements or returns are allowed.
IX. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, AND JURISDICTION
Keybiological reserves the right to present the civil or penal actions that it considers necessary for the undue use of the Web Site and Contents, or for the breach of the present Conditions.
The relationship between the User and Keybiological will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties will submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting themselves to the judges and courts that correspond according to law.
