It is an honor for us to receive the recognition by the jury of the IX edition of the Bioga Awards to the Most Innovative Biotech Company of 2021, “for developing innovative materials, for betting on the circular economy and for the high potential for growth and internationalization”.
The Bioga Awards are a recognition of the work of companies and entrepreneurs in the life sciences sector, organized by the Life Sciences Technology Business Cluster – BIOGA and the Galician Innovation Agency – GAIN.
The category of Most Innovative Biotech Company is aimed at those companies that are committed to generating value in the market through innovation, either by improving products or services, process efficiency or achieving better capitalization as a result of the innovations developed.
The jury was formed by:
- Bioga Board of Directors
- A representative from the University of Santiago de Compostela
- A representative of the Biomedical Foundations of Galicia
- A representative of the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN)
- One representative from each of the winners of the previous edition (Libera Bio, BETA Implants e Galacteum)
- Three relevant experts from the Galician biotech sector.
